TK2.Design offers precision-cut, custom signage and award plaques using our professional CNC router and laser engraving systems. This combined service gives you the best of both worlds—dimensional wood carving and clean laser-cut details—for a completely customized result.
Signs and awards are cut, engraved, and finished in-house, allowing for full creative control over materials, shape, size, and color. Whether you’re after bold branding, intricate detail work, or one-of-a-kind recognition pieces, we’ll help you bring it to life.
How It Works:
Design Consultation – Share your concept or idea. You can send a sketch, logo, or general vision—we’ll help you choose the best materials, finishes, and methods for your project.
Deposit to Begin – A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to begin the custom design and quoting process. This covers your design mockup and holds your spot in the queue.
Mockup & Quote – You’ll receive a digital mockup and a detailed quote based on materials, size, and finish complexity. We can work with wood, acrylic, or a combo of both.
Approval & Invoice – Once you approve your design, we’ll send the final invoice. After payment, your project is added to the production schedule.
Production – Your sign or award is produced using CNC carving, laser engraving, or a mix of both. Finishing options include:
Inlays & Color Fills – Carved areas filled with paint or epoxy for a smooth, vibrant look
Layered Acrylic – Bold, multi-dimensional pieces with high contrast and clean lines
Custom Shapes – Not limited to rectangles—cut to any shape or silhouette
Painted, Stained, or Natural Wood – Indoor and outdoor finish options available
Wall Mounts or Standing Bases – Ready to display
Pickup or Shipping – Local pickup available, or we’ll ship anywhere in the U.S. with protective packaging.
